How can I tell what kind of optics I am getting with my microscope?
Answered By Evan Mattensen, Editor
Optics presents different magnifications of a specimen when examined. Depending on the magnification that one can tell what particular type of optics they are using. You can see as well on the optics what kind of standard you got,Most of the optics used today is the DIN standard from Germany, while there is another version from the Japanese that says JIS.
